This paper is devoted to the problem of providing the required synchronous modes of oscillations of a jaw crusher with self-synchronizing inertial vibration exciters. The described mathematical model of the crusher takes into account the mechanical properties of the medium being processed and the possible asymmetry of its contact with the crusher’s working bodies – the jaws.
from the onset of dynamic crush to the end of the rebound process where separation occurs. The crush stiffness coefficient, K1, represents the linear spring constant for the increasing loads of the approach phase of a collision. At the end of the approach phase, the dynamic crush, δm, and collision force are at …

Related ProductOct 31, 2012 The correlation coefficient of R–R distribution is the biggest at 0.99, the G–S distribution correlation coefficient is 0.906, and the fractal distribution is 0.9. This means that the significance of G–S and fractal distribution are poor, and thus they are not very good at predicting waste PCBs particles distribution characteristics.

The average diameter of particles fed to the crusher was 200 mm and the S.G. of the ore was 2.8.
Related ProductThe Coefficient of friction is defined as the ratio of force of friction to the normal force, μ = F / N . Consider the following two cases (Figures). One is for static friction and the other for kinetic friction. At constant velocity to the Right, F = F k. On the verge of motion to the Right, F = Fs.
