Best dryer vent on the market. Our old vent opened to only 30 degrees with the dryer on; which is typical. At 30 degrees, the dryer was running inefficiently. The Dryer Wall Vent opens to 45 degrees when our Maytag dryer is on, and the sides of the vent flap are not blocked as with other vents, so there's a lot less air resistance.
